What a crazy whirlwind weekend! Fantastic hiit wo & hill training with friends early Saturday morning, followed by Yoga at the Park with Live Free Yoga! If that wasnt enough, I was on my feet photographing for 8hrs on Sunday and then we killed it at the soccer game last night - me playing on the opposite team so they didnt forfeit. Im sore but invigorated with the amount activity I got in this weekend. Ive had my struggles over the last couple of weeks, fluctuating with weight and having to choose better eating habits. Ive slipped, especially the week away with the hubs, but since being back I have had my eyes set on my goal and feel that Im finally back on track. My detour took me back up a few lbs and it was hard to accept it, thinking I had failed. I didnt fail, I prevailed. After 5wks of no weigh ins, going from good to bad eating back to good and kicking ass this weekend, Im back to my lowest weight so far. I have a goal that is right in front of me. Im about to break out of the 180s and see new numbers that I havent seen in years. For the record, this is the first time I have admitted my weight publicly. Im proud of how far Ive come, where I am and what Ive accomplished and where Im running to. The name of my blog and page here fits what Im doing so well and how I feel. Im jumping up and running to my goals and no one/nothing will stop me! #JumpToRun baby!
