What a day!! Many thanks to you all for all the words of encouragement and your prayers!! It so nice to be at home tonight and not in the hospital as I had fully expected... recovering from surgery!! What a relief it was when Dr Ortenberg told me that my heart was strong and there was no need for a stent nor surgery after my heart cath. He did tell me I needed to work on my diet (what? fewer cheeseburgers?) only if i was going to get another 22 years on those original bypasses!! No additional medications either!! A big thank you to the cath lab team at TEXAS HEALTH HARRIS METHODIST HOSPITAL Fort Worth for all the assistance and care they gave me today. I was impressed. Now tonight as I say my nightly prayer, you can be certain that it will include you, my friends and family, for your support and prayers that made this post possible. With God and friends all things are possible. Thank you! I am one lucky person!!
