What a day! Up at 4:20, got to the Lexington Medical Center at 6:20, knee surgery at 7:00, home by 11:00. Doctor repaired a tear on the inner knee and removed scar tissue from the outer side. Raymond has kept me on track with meds so very little pain. Doing hourly exercises to prevent blood clots. Received a wonderful home cooked supper from a friend - thanks Barbara. Physical therapy begins tomorrow morning at 9:30 (and the painful part of recovery). I am so thankful for family and friends who have prayed with me and encouraged me throughout this entire journey. I am one blessed woman!
