What a day for Murphy! Everyone came out in full support today from texts to posts to coming out for his party. Today was HIS day. We started with a trip to the zoo where we saw monkeys. This trip was a gift from the zoo its self. We had free parking, free admission and a free ride on the balloon. Then we went to Moms in Hatfield where we were met by MANY warriors to enjoy some Murphys water ice. Many also brought us gifts for Murphys Birthday Closet. Then Billy and I went to see Murphy and deliver him a birthday balloon. Finally, Bill went to grab us dinner from the drive thru and paid for the people behind him... hoping to make them smile just like Murphy would want. Today others who were not near by even did things in his honor. Kelli Johnston Wheeler ran 8 miles in his honor in Michigan and PamelanRob Ferreyra and the rest of the Main Street Muscle Buddies planted a tree in Murphys honor. Thank you all for remembering Murphy and holding Billy and I as we travel down the very rocky road that we now must walk. It is MUCH easier to do with all of you. I woke up so sad but as the day went on and one person after another showed their love, it became better and better and the ending of water ice was just AMAZING! Thank you all so much for continuing to be Murphys Warriors.
