What a day it has been! We are rejoicing over improvements in Annas condition, being off ECMO and her numbers getting a bit closer to norm. Yet weve had some heart-wrenching moments as well as she struggles against the ventilator tube and other attachments all about her. She tries so hard to speak to us, and those beautiful eyes open to plead with us for help. Thankfully we can calm her with reassurance of our presence and telling her she will be able to speak soon. I sang Jesus loves me... To her and she nodded and relaxed. Yes, I wept. Please continue praying for her and family. We all are entering into a different type of stress, tho we remain so very grateful we can say shes out of the woods. Praise GOD from whom all blessings flow!! 😊
