What a day, thousands turned out in Dublin for the biggest yet, protest in support of Palestine and the people of Gaza. The speakers were inspirational; giving more insight into the Israeli war machine and their fascist determination to obliterate the Palestinian people in their illegal quest for a Zionist nation. We heard a live link from a Doctor in a hospital in Gaza, saying water and fuel is so scarce, its hard to keep wounds clean , hygiene is suffering, they are running independent generators for electricity as their power stations have been bombed but fuel is running out. Im not a seasoned marcher, but it alleviates my upset, to actually do something and get out and march. Personally,I was proud, 6 busloads from Belfast turned up, drummers and all. And on the light side,its also turning out to be quite the social event.. Free free Palestine...boycott israel!
