What a difference a day makes! After she ate last night, Sianna was really almost perfectly fine - except for the yucky ears. As I said, I carefully cleaned them out with cotton swabs with some coconut oil on them (coconut oil is well absorbed into the flesh, and has antibiotic and antifungal properties), and then used the drops that I had in the fridge from the last time she had the ear trouble. This morning she tolerated the drops much better than last night, and there has been no repeat of the shaky head. Im going to continue the drops for no less than 5 days, and if I have enough, I will go out to 7 days. Jane is still being fussy, but Ive come to expect that of her. I am not particularly worried, as her energy level has not changed at all, so Im guessing that she is getting what she needs when she eats. Last night she ate raw food without any issues. This morning she ate only when I put in some of the tuna food. I noticed that she is taking only tiny amounts each time she eats, so maybe she is having issues with teething that I just cant see. Sianna and Oliver are both eating quite well. Oliver would happily eat his food and everyone elses if I let him. He was wanting to do that last night, when I fed them all in the same room for the first time. I have to watch him, but that went very well, so Im good with feeding that way all the time. Up to then they had been eating in separate rooms because Sianna had been so skittish around them. So far so good. :)
