What a disappointment. Two weeks ago my sister bought a small greenhouse at Big Lots. we spent the afternoon setting it up and put a small portion of our seedlings in it. Two days later we a some wind -- not a hurricane, tornado, gale or even a storm -- just some wind blowing. The frame came apart and the plastic cover tore in numerous places along the seams and corners. Soooo, two rolls of duct tape, some dowels, wood, rope, ground stakes and stones later, we had patched the holes, reinforced the frame, anchored the frame and weighted down the cover. Good to go, or so we thought, and we spent an afternoon with the kids planting more seeds and bringing out the seedlings I had started in the house. Day before yesterday we had a small storm. The cover has more holes, blew completely off the frame and the frame is bent. Over half the pots fell onto the floor spilling their contents. I give up. I didnt expect great things from Big Lots, but damn, I sure didnt expect after weeks of work getting my garden started that I would have to start all over in April.
