What a dumb ass women they treated the child best they could child was clearly not in any immediate danger or they would have called ambulance and thank god they cared enough to waste their ice cream on this girls arm until family was able to take her to hospital if they had called ambulance would have scared child worse this mother should be head shot just looking for a way to sue someone smh WHAT A DISGRACE
