What a fab start to my day. I woke up thanking God for another day as well as another year. My firstborn sang Happy Birthday to me. My prince rubbed my feet as a special bday treat. The texts, calls, posts and inbox messages have been pouring in. I am preparing to enjoy a day of FREE meals (Dennys, Firehouse Subs, iHop, etc). I will be bonding with my mentee Marchelle Williams after she gets out of class. In the evening, I will be celebrating at the Greenbrier Barnes & Noble. The childrens school is doing a fundraiser from 5-9 pm. Timothy Huff is a member of the chess club (one of the participating clubs for the evening), so I will be there to show my support. I will conclude my special day by hitting the town fantastic with one of my biggest supporters while Im decked out in a sassy dress from Boutique Krush (Thanks Dionne Young for the styling consultation). Truly I am estatic about turning fabulously 40. I cant wait to see what God has in store for me.
