What a fabulous morning - a dew on the grass, sun shining through the trees, milling mouths of moggies seeking meat, and Curly, who has visited every single blade of grass in the last ten minutes, flat out. Yknow, I almost wish Id still got the tent and that I was off camping on Mull from this weekend instead of BnBing it......theres nothing like being snug inside a big comfy well padded sleeping bag, and getting up to fry bacon for breakfast with that smell on the air! Ten years ago this weekend Sal and I camped on a funny little campsite on a beach called Uisken on Mull, at the princely sum of 50p each a night ( water and loos were two miles away!!) and we had the whole beach entirely to ourselves - apart from an inquisitive seal and a roving otter cub that is. If you like that sort of thing, look it up on Google Maps, and then zoom in to Street View - I kid you not - and you will understand the attraction of the place!
