What a fantastic article: someones awake and thinking, not blindly following the herd like lemmings on their way to cliffs. He well sums up the current status of Pop Paleoism, all its razzle dazzle deserts, endorsements of just about anything as real Paleo, and its cabal of prestigeous celebrity experts reminding us of Duck Dynasty trying to do Big Bang Theory as laughable pretense of science, The half-baked, half-witted approach to Paleo that prevails is garden-variety, pop culture balderdash. He nailed it just fine: pop culture balderdash - or, in Japanese, the shorter word bofun (bow-foon), horseshit. Note, theres not a word of criticism of the golden age of Paleo when it was the work of scientists, not bench assistants whove given themselves fantasy promotions or bloggers out of their depth. Looks as if the real researchers have backed off - dont find them at the Paleoism expos and fairs since theyre doing protecting their reputations. This guy is worth following just as Michael Pollan is.
