What a fantastic video! I was just 14 years old when this video was produced. It seems to centre around the Divis area of Belfast, yet, most of the rhymes and games in it are identical to those played at my school, Orangefield Primary School just a few years earlier, 1961-1968, when I attended. They were played in our free time with no teachers involved, no instructors, no referees, it was all the work of the children, passed down from year to year all the way to the next generation.
