What a freakin nightmare!!!! I ordered shoes online because I have difficult feet to fit!!! Its nearly impossible to go into a shoe store and find my correct size!!!!! So I finally got the shoes that were delivered to my home….There were two pairs, and the cost was over $99 so I got free shipping!!!! I was happy about that!!! But then one pair had a defective right shoe!!!! This is when all hell broke loose!!! I would have to ship them back at my expense….and also pay for shipping of the replacement pair. I was informed that it would be better for me to bring the shoes to the store…..JC Penneys……..Well, there is no store thats close……so anyway I decided to take them all the way up to Pittsfield and return them that way. So they issued a credit…..but I would have to have them sent to that store to avoid shipping costs!!! So I did that…..Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for them to come in…The store will give me a call. Then I will have to go back up and pick them up!!!! Because the shoe was defective, the store should have stepped up to the plate and paid the shipping costs!!!! Im still paying the amount of the shipping costs because its my gas money that Im using to go up to Pittsfield twice!!!! Geez!
