What a friend sent me: I dont get it. Couldnt we have waited after the game against Portugal to deal with those indiscipline lot - Sulley Muntari and KP Boateng? Yes, their behavior smacks of indiscipline but did the FA also take into account the negative publicity of such a decision and how it could affect the team spirit in camp? The FAs action today can be likened to a captain of a ship throwing out some of the crew members into the ocean on high seas because of indiscipline. Whereas he could have waited to discipline them at shore. Both players and the FA are responsible for this mess. As indiscipline as their reputation seems, something instigated their behavior. We are treating the symptoms now when we could have waited after the game today to treat the cause. Its high time we start holding the FA responsible too. They have no clue what crisis management is all about. I believe the entire black stars management committee, the FA president and Coach Kwesi Appiah need to follow the players out as well. My response: Nothing that happens in this country surprises me anymore!!!
