What a great class Lydia! I am so glad I made it to the VEGAN cooking class! Everything was delicious. (Which I heretofore would have thought impossible!!!.....Because I am such a carnivore.). The chicken gravy was wonderful, the puttanesca was scrumptious (I went back for seconds) and the kale - wow - yummy. I snuck out early to drive on 14 in the daylight. Im so glad you had terrific sous-chefs (Mary Mary Gustafson, Marty and Dee Lewke). Cant wait to go to a health food store and try some of this on my own. You did good!
