After meeting Frank Moss at the Florida International Airshow, the C-54 crew was invited to Franks private airfield where he, his sons, and volunteers restore Douglas DC-3s/C-47s. What an honor it was to walk around this place. What was even more interesting is that one of the aircraft is the 6th DC-3, serial number 6, ever built. This was one of the original 10 DC-3s ordered by CR Smith for American Airlines in the 1930s. What an honor for us to see this piece of Aviation History.
