What a great day yesterday competing in the WCCF Smashdown! Thank you to Ben Stroud who put on such a well organised and brilliant event! Thank you to all the judges and the fantastic crowd, especially those from CFGS! Massively proud to see you all there! Even prouder to have competed alongside CFGS athletes Niick , James , Craig , Toby and Conor! Congratulations to all athletes that took part. My scores for the day: WOD 1 - 1st WOD 2 - 12th WOD 3 - 1st WOD 4 - 14th WOD 5 - ? WOD 6 - 1st Semi Final - 1st Final - 1st I finished 3rd overall which was disappointing but being given the Spirt of CrossFit award more than made up for this. I gave it my all and the awesome programming exposed two weaknesses that I couldnt claw my way back from. Big shout out to the strong and consistent Jamie and Duncan who took the well deserved 1st and 2nd. Pleasure to compete with you both.
