What a great email to get after a workshop ! Hi Trista, I didnt get to thank you properly after the seminar last Sunday. I didnt really know what the hypopressive method was...at all. I just signed up because I love to learn new things and Jen spoke so well of it (and you). I am so glad I went. I have been thinking about it a lot and trying it out here and there. I dont suffer from any major problems that I am aware of, but I do brace before I sneeze, and I do have a wobbly tummy that I cant seem to firm up despite an active lifestyle and trips to the gym. I hope to visit a pf physiotherapist and get checked out so I know what Im starting with. Thank you so much for making the trip to Carlton Place and sharing your experience and knowledge with us.
