What a great mini-documentary. This looks like a promising series. Its short with a good story of trainer and coach Michelle Burmaster. Give it five minutes of your day. Anything that you find when you google how to lose weight is a product. So I did some heavy research for about two or three weeks and I educated myself on what a calorie deficit is and I implemented it. And I ended up losing over 70 lbs in 9 months. (I thought) like, this is really basic information. If you are working out and making good food choices consistently, you will lose weight over time. Listen on though, to hear about her journey into trying to lose the last ten lbs and battling orthorexia and the number on the scale, even when already lean and at a healthy weight. Theres no point in losing a bunch of weight to then become a crazy person about it. You might get to the weight you imagined you should (get to), but you are so damaged emotionally and psychologically that it doesnt do anybody any good. Who cares if youre ripped but insane?
