What a great night! Our daughter-in-laws surprise Birthday party was at our house. Our son arranged everything. It was catered, a steel calypso band on the patio, people dancing by the pool deck, a full stocked bar with bartenders, people enjoying themselves with shrimp cocktails ( I had probably 2 pounds of giant shrimp) . Chilean sea bass, and Jamaican jerk chicken plus a pasta bar and grilled veggies, etc. delightful people and a cool breeze blowing off the lake. It reminded me of the great parties Bev and I use to throw years ago. Tomorrow we head to the beach condo for 3days and next weekend too. Im quite happy and mindful of my many blessings and good life. I really didnt deserve this life. I just somehow fell into it but Ill take it and be thankful for it!
