What a great recipe for Market Day ChicNSteakes: Chicken Salad!! I am gonna make it ..no gross extra fat or veins to mess with and individually wrapped makes this so perfect..or if my Joshua would make it for me ..even better!! :) 6 - 4 oz. ChicNSteakes 1 onion (quartered) 2 celery stalks (chopped) 4 eggs (hard boiled and chopped) 1 tablespoon A Salt For All Seasonings 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 teaspoon chicken stock directions Combine chicken breast, onion, celery stalks, in a large stockpot. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until the stockpot is cooked through. Remove chicken from pot and cool. Reserve the liquid. Dice the chicken and place in a large bowl. Add chopped celery, hard boiled eggs, A Salt for All Seasonings, mayonnaise and chicken stock. Mix well and serve on your favorite piece of bread or arrange on a bed of lettuce.
