Not so I dont believe in new years resolutions. But if you do thats fine but I cant stop wondering why if there is something about yourself that you really want to improve, why wait until the 1 st of January to do something about it? Oh ! I’ll wait until tomorrow, sorry that is not good enough. If you feel as though there is something wrong with your body, your career, or any other part of yourself, make the change the instant you recognize that is the case. Thats because new year is seen as a time for new beginnings, so it seems to make sense that your quest for self-improvement should coincide with the start of a new year. Hello ! Let’s face it — it’s pretty pointless waiting all year to decide on one or two things that you kinda, sorta want to stop doing, but that you know full well you’re not really committed to following through with anyway. How crazy is that? The only good news is that, If God is the center of your New Year’s resolution, it has chance for success, depending on your commitment to it. If it is God’s will for something to be fulfilled, He will enable you to fulfill it. If a resolution is not God honoring and/or is not in agreement in God’s Word, we will not receive God’s help in fulfilling the resolution. Everything about the future is uncertain, but one thing is for sure that God had already planned all our tomorrows, we just have to trust him today, I heartily wish a beautiful tomorrow for you and your family. Year’s end is neither an end nor a beginning but a going on, with all the wisdom that experience can instill in us. Cheers to a new year and another chance for us to get it right.
