What a great speech. With all the wealth and resources we claim to have in our continent, but still our people continue to struggle to make ends meet. Our infrastructures are no where near modern infrastructure. I personally think that we lack of certain characteristics in our societies. We need good leaders and good managers to bring development into our communities. Some of these problems in our societies are easy to be solved. Good Managers bring success and good leader brings changes and development into a country. Good Managers or good leaders do not do the work themselves, but they encourages or inspired people do the work. Inspiration comes from everywhere. So be inspired.
