What a great way to end the week. Had a 4 1/2 hour spa date with myself. One of my buyers in contract cancelled officially today - the last day of the contingency period and both her and her son wrote me such beautiful letters. They felt bad for me cuz I worked so hard for them and the son added "out of the realtors that have worked with my mother - and I know she can be challenging - you were kind and patient and most importantly personable" - he ended with "when I have any friend or family member looking to buy or sell a home I will be glad to refer them to you. " very sweet! Now home to eat my Tako salad......yum yum
