What a great way to welcome my birthday, a very early manyanita from home courtesy of skype. My mom, my nieces, nephews and my apo sang happy birthday to me. I tried so hard to keep my emotions bundled up inside while my mom started to get emotional and started to cry. Deep inside I wish I could hug my mom and I truly wish too that my dad were still there with them singing along. I miss him so much...I miss them all so much! Although I feel blessed that on my birthday, in my own small ways, I gave some people reason to smile. Thats the kind of spirit I want on my birthday. I love it! It is indeed better to give than to receive. God is so good! Thank you everyone for all your nice birthday greetings and wishes! Words are not enough to express how grateful I am that you took time to greet me. God bless you all!
