What a great week... Found out that I passed my Crossfit Level 1 Trainers Course, got the box decked out with wall ball decals and window decals, preparing for a sweet get away with 3 of my best friends... and when I come back, I start the process of becoming the affiliate owner of Uptown Crossfit. Im so happy to take this opportunity to keep CF in Indiana. And Im so thankful that we have such an amazing, supportive community at Uptown. Thanks to all of you that helped move equipment, mats, the rig and cleaned. We would be nothing without all of you!! Special thanks to Coach Clinton McCracken for all the help & extra hours spent at the gym... and a HUGE thank you to Adam Long- none of this would be possible without your support and your mad skills!! And a big thank you to Allison Toney at Starstruck Industries for delivering all of our products and putting up our window decals! You rock!!!
