What a joke. Many cities fail to produce data as required by law, and the state will do NOTHING about it. NO data is revealed about the number of crashes at camera intersections - that makes one think those crashes are UP and the state deliberately wants to hide the negative results so the public does not revolt further against the money grab cameras. This is likely true because the state of Florida is the principal for-profit business partner in the red light camera money grab scam, taking 52.5% of the total loot off the top without paying a penny of the high camera costs. The state does NOT want any of the negative information published because it might cause even more revolts and opposition to the revenue scam of cameras. Florida residents need to make a LOT more and louder objections, as New Jersey residents. The entire scourge of red light cameras ended statewide in New Jersey on December 16 because enough residents said ENOUGH. Staying quiet just leaves your wallet open for pilfering. James C.
