What a long day. Bad news is my doctor wont do an injection in my back without and MRI. I cant blame him. Xrays done at his office, the good news is he finally gave me hydrocodone for pain. Low dose but it is taking the edge off and hopefully I can start walking for exercise in a couple days. So here is the appt senario: had to keep trying to tell him how much pain I have and I dont care if pain medication can be addictive bc I am not functioning now so who cares, now I am getting pissed bc I can tell he probably doesnt believe me, While I was in getting my xrays I can here Bill telling him I have to have something for the pain. Ok so he goes out and along with another physician they look at the xrays, he comes back in and I can see by the look on his face he should appologize lol. He takes my hand and says you have a really bad back. No shit was my reply that is what I have been trying to tell you. So I have one more year then I will have medicare and supplemental ins and then I will get this taken care of. PTL that Bill was in there fighting for me. Sorry this is so long.
