What a long day. Left okc this morning planning to head to the barn tidy up and have a slow evening. Wrong answer. Crystal hadnt rode in a week and we found out we could still make race at searcy. We slid into barn unloaded new horse from client and tossed a couple on and headed to white county arena. We had just enough time to unload tack up and get them warmed up. Pretty dang proud of how they worked for having the week off. Megan and sugar clocked in the 2d with all the barrels standing. Crystal and boom boom betty won the 2d and i put emily brockintons gelding in the same division with them. Really liked the fact that i pulled Megan Brianna Woodle 3 yr old invisible lineage off the trailer after a ride from okc cold turkey no exhibitions and he went in and worked his first local 1d time. He tipped the 2nd leaving it but he is sure starting to show how talented he is. Sure feel blessed. I can thank God for great clients, great friends and allowing me to throw my leg over good horses.
