What a lovely comment from Rosaline Keep - thank you. Praise for Clinic 1 Very impressed with all staff working on clinic 1 during my outpatient appt on 29 August. It was delayed but I was in awe of the staff who were so caring to elderly patients in wheelchairs. Reception desk staff were cool, calm and collected and helpful answering patients questions during a busy clinic. Clinic staff were considerate and nothing was too much trouble. Well done all of you.
