What a mockery of democracy that the government don,t heed public opinion and always refers the matter to judiciary,which then tries to strengthen the Indian democracy.Now people will have the right to reject candidates.Thanks to the judiciary and shame on the legislature and the executive,which wants to keep Indian people enslaved.A long-awaited demand has been redressed by the Suprem Court.A nicely worded and resoned judgment which justifies the need of the day.
