What a narrow sighted attitude to education. The idea that importing reachers from China to instruct our children in mathematics because our children are supposedly dim. The Chinese excel because only the elite of society are educated to high standards... And also one reason so many children are having poor school results and not just in maths is because they are being subjected to slower processes because of the high amount of immigrant children who are being taught that do not understand English properly and the nuances of it. And they say immigration is OK without being stymied. YES IF YOU WANT A FUTURE NATION WITH THE MAJORITY BEING DUNDERHEADS. There wasnt problems to this extent before all this immigration happened so quickly and a relatively short period. Doesnt take a genius to work it out, more non English speakers means slower learning and everyone suffers.
