What a night. Dom Dominique Rapien came out of her shell and not only surprised me but lots of others as well. I can honestly say, I seen the little Dominator I use to see yrs ago. We decided to have a fun night and run jr3 blue clone and the Jr sportsman champ. We didnt qualify all that well but she made up for that. She won by a large margin in the buggy which set a good pace for the flat kart. The ELs proved to be tough. She walked away with a 9th and 5th. Not letting that discourage her for the HT3 class she settled in to put on a show. In the end she finished with a strong 2nd and 3rd racing with some of the best kids in the country. I would like to thank Billy Moon for his dedication to our racing program. With out this guy we wouldnt make it to the grid. KSR for his awesome horse power. Superior Tire Management for some great prep. Bkp Art for keeping us look good. And Earl Mewhorter for his words of wisdom that put me thinking as I use to when we were on a terror with Devon Morgan.
