What a night!! So I got stranded at work in the snow, mum sets off at 8:00pm from kimberworth to Treeton to pick me up at 9:30pm. It took her 40minutes to get to the tesco garage down road from our house and a extra hour to arrive down the road from my work as she couldnt get any further, which is only ment to be a 20minute drive. After trotting in snow trying to find each other we got in car to start our travels to get stuck many many times, for me to get out and push the car and nearly get flattened. So then we finally came to a stand still on a hill to see a police car get stuck and the fire brigade pull them out and leave about 8 other cars including us stuck to a stand still! Finally we abandoned the car and walked home up a very steep hill in snow up to our knees, freezing out tits off, wet through and pissed off. Finally home at 12am. Safe to say my mum is my absolute hero x
