What a night last night.......got to do something that means the world to me...Hangout with the godson Luke. From the hours after he was born and the first time i held him in the hospital, he had me at his mercy. He will always have a buddy,bodyguard,benefactor,safe haven in uncle Mike...no matter how many mistakes he makes in his life I will always be there for him no matter what,when,where. Even though he is turning 9 this years he is a rare breed of kid. smart,bashful,bright...a few years ago we got on the subject of Ange and i having kids, and he looked at me with those eyes and asked, Uncle mike when you and aunt Ange have babies will things change? i look at him without even blinking and eye or second thoughts and answered, "somethings will be different, but not with me and you. He flashed that big grin that melts any grownup problems away and said."Thats why i love this"! Now i cant wait to be a father in the worst way but Luke will always be the my greatest birthday present ever!!!
