What a perfect 4hours sleep: yesterday I was thinking that the 2nd day workout exercise of the come of the csb dsurvivor will not happen because Im too tired and pressured with the tasked and noosebled with me foriegn counterpart teleconference. But matters is it happened more I expected because I was thinking to chance to easy jog because of as what I said that Im tired but it extend for an extra one hour when the stressed was release. I was abled to do a total of two hours workout. 20 minutes partklik; 30 minutes basic stationary exercises; 30 minutes legs strengthening exercises; 30 minutes flexibility exercises; 10 minutes cooling down plus bonus 300 push-ups. It was so great night exercises Ive done ir by 10pm lastnight. And the most exciting and ang pinakamasarap is pag uwi may umaalingawngaw na amoy at mainit na tinulang manok sa sayote with silinf berdi! Lasang lasa ang mixtures ng lasa ng chicken at luya na May anghang. That was so great food for my the come back initiative for myself.
