What a productive Stewardship Team Meeting! Among the many things this team discussed was to raise options for how giving can be made to the church. Currently other than check or cash, everyone may give through “bill pay” with their chosen banks. With “bill pay,” you can direct a check to be sent via your bank weekly, biweekly or monthly on the same day. We receive this check via the mail, and then your giving is recorded. There is also a way to arrange an online transfer of funds, again, on a regular basis. This takes more steps, but is possible. We are looking into online debit card giving as well, but have not clarified how that would be done. If you want more information on using “Bill pay” contact Wendy Fedderly.
