What a really crazy experience I had today with the CQUANUM Lab, which did a test on my pregnancy. I called my Primary Obgyn that we dont want to go to Maternal Fetal anymore because they charge us $2762 for just a test. So my OBs assistant told me to call the lab and tell them that I am a patient of Physicians Primary care and that lab test amount needs to be reduced. So I did just so.But the lady who talked to me at the CQUANUM lab told me that If I will pay now, just now during our phone conversation, she will reduce the amount from $2762 to $200. But only if I pay now, just now! I was so shock because it sounds like a Scam to me! On top of force payment that she want me to do, she was ridiculously rude! She said, What is so hard to understand about $200, 2 0 0! But thats only if you pay now! Now! Now! So I said, You know what, I cant just poop $200 and you are very very rude, let me call my OB about this! I told my OB assistant about it, and to make the long story short, instead of paying $200 from $2762, because the representative was very very rude to me, and the supervisor was so ashamed of what that representative had done, the CQUANUM LAB waived the $200. So the lab test became free! Wow! What a scum bags these people are! But hey! Id take the free of charge test! Sometimes we just need to open our mouth and not allow anybody to threaten us. Never allow anybody to threaten us!
