What a ride! Both fascinates and scares this flat-lander, and brings back memories of my 3 trips to Logan Pass. Havent been back since 1987. The poles alongside the road in the highest part, are to show above the deep snow so that when the long process of clearing the snow starts, they know where the road is. Quite an incredible road, Going to the Sun Highway. Enjoy the trip--just wished for a moment the camera had shown the view out the window to the right--truly incredible. But better that the driver kept his eyes on the road!
