What a ridiculous hypocrite Cameron is. Now he says, I absolutely believe its right to give people in Scotland the choice. But it wasnt that when he and his British Labour allies were vehemently opposing a referendum. It was an entirely different story, too, when the British parties colluded to prevent the people of Scotland having an opportunity to vote on their more powers proposals. As to the rest, its nothing more than sentimental pap which serves only to demonstrate yet again how out of touch with politics and people in Scotland Cameron is. All this talk of patriotism and Scottishness does not address the real campaign for independence, it addresses a woefully misinformed notion of a movement that has little or nothing to do with such romantic piffle and everything do with the practicalities of improving Scotlands politics and society.
