What a rollercoaster ive been on... Last nights Formal with the fabulous La Chance De Danser.... I put my heart & Sole into giving the children & their parents a night to remember and talk about for a long time to come... I set out to award the children for not just their dancing abilities .. But their Dedication / the kindness / their love for me and LCDD Im not disappointed .. Im ecstatic !!! The room was lovely ... Last year i had 90% done for me ... This year i went personal !!! I made the seating plan .. Arranged the Photobooth / food/ entertainment & photographer....I added table centre pieces (which debs picked) i spent 4hrs creating a slideshow of the best memories of LCDD for the past year to be done on the big screen !! I arranged the trophies i added the inserts !!! I counted all the votes !!! And although it was stressful i say one thing ... I love it !!! Its a job (i do voluntary) but i love it !!! I adore Every child and i hope i showed that last night !!! I am so very proud of you all !!!! I had a few tears / alot of laughs / and even more memories i can add !!! The parents are my rocks !!! Their Support / dedication and help they give is truly amazing !!! Want to Thank firstly Deborah Caldwell for being my right arm this week !!! Thank you Rachael Walker / Micheál ÓCoigligh & Adam Thompson for helping with teaching these amazing students... Lesley-ann Gray for listening to me daily ... All the Parents / but especially the Children... But my Biggest Rock my amazing hubby Adrian Storey ...i mean seriously if he wasnt as supportive as he is i could never be at that studio 7 days a week !!! I love u so much xxxx
