What a shame ... one restaurant closed because of declining business and one closed for not keeping their books in order and paying their hst. Neither of these closures were necessary ...but both may have been inevitable ... business owners who stick with the same old, same old whether it is the front end of the business (no change in focus or delivery) or the back end of the business - ignoring the finances - will inevitably wind up in the same kettle of fish.
