What a silly customer.. :/ Me: Thank you for calling. My name is Gary. How can I help you today?. Customer: Why i cant use my phone??. I cant make calls and i cant use internet.?. Me: I am so sorry to hear and we apologized for the inconvience. Let me check your account Ok!. (While checking the account) - as i have check here your service was off , it was interupted. You only need to pay your bill so we can restore your service. Customer: (shouting over the phone) I paid my bill last month it was on the 31 so my service will supposed to be due on march 31 not today. Me: I can see here that you made your payment last month on the 28 of February. Customer: (insisting) NO!!!. I know I paid it last month on the 31. Me: Ok!. I will be give one month free of service if you will see on your calendar that there is 31 on Febuary!!. -aun nagbayad sya... Tanga Tangahan si ate!!!!. HAHAHAHA :))))
