What a special weekend celebrating the precious life of my very first grandchild and only granddaughter, Zoey Coral Conley-Mullis. I must say that Angela and Bradford had a wonderful camp out spend the night party last night with 8 girls. She and Zoey baked the most perfect birthday cake...looked like a camping fire on top of the cake (this cake is home made with real whipped cream)......I never knew that you could melt candy........guess I am stupid. The party was a hit and then tonight we all met at the Tai Restaurant downtown in Athens to celebrate as a family.....She had another awesome birthday cake baked by Ann Lilly, her stepmother. She had a 7 layer rainbow cake and I couldnt believe how creative it was too (delicious too) ......Our family can have some fun together....and that is just what we did celebrating and toasting to a life well lived even if she is just 12 years old......she is a wise and thoughtful young girl who has the world ahead of her. Hope your birthday was as special as you are to your family. We love and adore you Zoey. Tim and Angela...being together with all our families .......is a gift to us all and especially our Zoey.
