What a truly great gift it is in life to be able to focus first, and foremost, on the positives? Rocket science though it isnt, surely the best way of motivating people is to encourage, reinforce, and, well..be positive?! When people go wrong, by all means punch them hard in the face, but they will much more likely get up again, to fight harder, if you also let them know that the good work theyve done is not forgotten. This positive, applies to most areas of life.... For more deep insights, tune in same time, same place, tomorrow...........wibble (as usual...)....errr, dont tune in here really, thats just a figure of speech......errrr...
