Everything Crossfit yesterday, competing in the Twins Throw-down, raising money for Crossfit Townsvilles Team Tropic Thunder, who fly out to the World Crossfit Games, this coming weekend!! 3 WODs working male, female pairs. Teamwork and strategy all playing a huge part in each workout. My eldest son captured this footage and its great evidence that Trainers do actually do Burpees, and between us, in the workout, amongst other heavy stuff, there were 100 of them!! Competing with your mates, with your training mates watching on, in front of your kids for the very best intentions of raising money for amazing athletes is incredibly rewarding and the best feeling ever!!!
