What a whirlwind of a week. Ferry boat to Greek island of Kalymnos. 2 days later took a tour to Dalyan. Left 5 am, returned home 10 pm. Dalyan is on a river. We had mud bath, hot mineral pool, then river cruise boat back to restaurant with most tasty lunch. Cruised the river to where it meets the sea. Warm ocean water, and beautiful waves. Walked to where current was strong, ocean and river met. Next day and night was spent in Bodrum, with new friend, Maria from New Zealand. We went sightseeing at the historic castle, lunched, shopped, night clubbed. What a great time. Next day returned home. Lovely dinner with friends, Michael and Frances, from Scotland, at Our Garden. It was a 100 year old house, on beautiful property. Delicious dinner. Next day, Sunday, ferry boat to another Greek island, Kos. Beautiful. Full of cats. Harbor is at the castle. Tour of area, looks a lot like California with hills, olive trees. Today, exhausted. A beach day.
