What a wicked birthday! Two days in the oldest rainforest in the world, which happens to be just up the road. Slept in a cute little bungalow on Cape Tribulation beach surrounded by the forest. Cant believe we saw Cassowaries, 6 crocs, a huntsman spider, snakes, wild boars, kangaroos, kites, huge Kane toad, lizards and bandicoots! Candlelit picnic dinner on the beach including party hats, a nighttime wildlife walk and were meant to do horse riding along the beach but it was cancelled. Oh and a sunset dinner tonight at the harbour. Nick Kirby you are amazing!!!
