What a wonderful gift Sri Sri has given us!! Last weekend, it was three days of supreme bliss at the Art of living Auckland center. Three Sundays ago, it was my last shift at work. I intended to spread the message of Happiness to all staff. Only a few hours before I lost access to work-email. The easiest way was to do a course. This was followed by usual thoughts - Christmas/ New Year Holiday - will anybody even come? What about the venue? What about clashes with other courses? Will three days be effective? Will Sunaina & Mishta be okay?.... Letting those thoughts pass away as smoothly as it came, I announced two three day workshop - the week before Christmas and the week after New year. Within minutes of announcing had two participants register for both set of dates. The program was to go ahead... Got the venue confirmed a few days latter... An amazing and enlightened group joined me in December. Day 1 - Introduction to the self. Day 2 - Blossoming of the heart & mind. A beautiful bond formed... Day 3 - Dissolving with the being. Every aspect of existence was touched. Tears of gratitude and love flowed as the heart was full of grace from the master. Every moment of those thirteen hours - blended in beautifully & smoothly. These three days was a reflection of my entire life. The celebration of each moment -as it is. Looking forward to the next one in the new year - Jan 9th to 11th, 2015.
